EDGE FADE TOOL
Soften exactly the side you need
This page starts with the right edge selected. Choose another edge, adjust width and softness, or reverse the result.
NATURAL BLENDING
Let the image
leave quietly.
How do I fade one side of an image?
- Upload the image and select the edge to fade.
- Adjust feather width, softness, and edge opacity.
- Preview over white, black, or a custom color, then export PNG or WebP.
Why use transparent edges?
A transparent edge adapts to every background. A white gradient only looks correct over white and can leave a visible box elsewhere.
Common uses
Single-edge fades are useful for hero banners, editorial layouts, posters, email headers, and slide designs with text next to photography.
